This Coaching Agreement between Brenda Loan Baker (coach) and (client)
COACHING:
The service to be provided is coaching.
Coaching is a powerful, action-oriented process in which the clients and coach work together in a powerful alliance designed to inspire and empower the clients to make positive changes in their life. It is a structure that facilitates the process of personal, professional and / or spiritual development.
Coaching is not advice, therapy, nor counseling, and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the clients create and live the life they want to live.
As your coach, Brenda Loan Baker is not a legal, medical, mental health, business, financial or any other type of advisor. The results you do or do not produce from our coaching agreement are your own and fully your responsibility.
Throughout the working relationship, the personal coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The clients understand that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client and the clients agree to do just that — have the coaching relationship to be powerful. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
The agreed upon investment is $7,200 (paid up front) for a 6 month program (see details below) Monthly payments of $1,200 can be made. Other payment arrangements are available. If wishes to continue after the initial program the investment would be $600 per month for 2, 30-50 minute sessions or $1,000 per month for 4 sessions. Checks should be made to innerOvation, LLC. 459 East Street West Bridgewater, MA 02379, or via other arranged online payment methods.
6 month Program Includes:
- Intake with metrics and goal setting
- Energy Leadership Index Assessment and Debrief (90 minutes)
- 19 Coaching Sessions
- DiSC assessment and Debrief
- Membership in the Up Level Mastermind while a client
- Access to Online Prerecorded Leadership Classes for the length of engagement
- Workbooks for each class to deepen the learning and accelerate chang
- Secret of Career Success book and workbook
- Pre-work before each session (including intake form)
- In between texts and emails to enhance learning
- Completion report with metrics on changes
In the event it is desired to cancel further services, the client and coach agree to provide one another with thirty days’ notice, or the client can request to negotiate a partial refund.
SCHEDULING:
Date and time of our sessions will be mutually selected. Each party agrees to be diligent and punctual for meetings so that the most can be made of the time together. Each regular session lasts 30-50 minutes and takes place by zoom or phone, unless agreed upon otherwise. It is the client’s responsibility to initiate the call to the coach at the scheduled time. Please find a quiet place where you won’t be distracted. The coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. Rescheduling a coaching session is easily done with appropriate notice. Please allow for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The coaching relationship is built on trust. The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.
FURTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
I, , hereby certify that I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect my participation in the coaching process, and, if I have any substance abuse problem or mental illness, I have consulted with my physical and other health care professional and been advised that I may participate in the coaching process without risk. I agree that if there is any change in this representation, I will promptly advise the coach.
I agree that, in the event of any claim or grievance in regards to coaching, my sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to Brenda Loan Baker or innerOvation, LLC. Brenda Loan Baker is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.
I understand that this document contains all of the information given to me by Brenda Loan Baker and all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document.
Our signatures on this agreement indicate a full understanding of, and agreement with, the information outlined above.
