When I was in my thirties I found myself working in a male-dominated company.  I was on the outside looking in on a boy’s club and despite being a great communicator, I struggled to fit in and get my point across. I never felt like I was able to really add any value and was at a loss as to what I should do. 

The turning point for me was finding an amazing mentor who helped me get clarity on my strengths, weaknesses and how to use them to my advantage. 

This experience led me to my true passion - guiding women to higher heights of success and fulfillment by getting them the clarity and tools to succeed. 

I am committed to helping women and minorities build greater confidence, in tandem with improving their communication and public speaking, so they can lead with strength and compassion, and grow into a role models for other women to follow. I lead them to dream bigger, achieve their goals with or without a female mentor, and blaze a path of leadership combining all of their qualities- including the feminine ones.
